Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy on products purchased online, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Final Sale items do not qualify for refunds.
Items purchased at in-person events are non-refundable after goods and payment have exchanged hands.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been been shipped by Birr Necessities and will have to initiate the return process.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@birrnecessities.com letting us know why you'd like a refund along with your name, receipt and order number. We’ll send you instructions on how to complete the return. Birr Necessities is not responsible for return shipping and refunds will only be issued after products have been inspected and meet our standards. If you choose to begin the return process, we should receive the item within 14 days of our initial response on how you can return the item purchased.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be issued a refund. Any items returned that incur expenses to Birr Necessities will be deducted from the refund amount.
For item delivered before a holiday, as deemed by Birr Necessities, must request a return before the day of the holiday and be shipped before then. Any items worn out for holidays and returned are in violation of our policy.

Any additional costs incurred due to customer error will be the responsibility of the customer to cover or will be deducted from the refund amount. Any return made that was part of a discount promotion will null and void any discount or coupon promotion.

Exchanges
We do not fulfill exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Art Return Policy
Art purchased from Birr Necessities is made to order and for that reason does not qualify for returns or refunds unless there is damage upon arrival. If there is damage that was caused by shipping or handling, contact Birr Necessities with pictures and we will move to resolve the issues. Please also include if you would like a refund or reissue of the art piece. We will work with our third party fulfiller to understand what happened and find an appropriate resolution.
