Shipping Policy

Below is the shipping policy for Birr Necessities. Please take the time to review our policy as customers sometimes confuse us with enterprise level businesses which we are not. Below we have outlined our general policy regarding order processing and shipping. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this policy.

 

Shipment processing time

We try to fulfill orders within 1 day of receipt, but sometimes there are delays and can take up to 2–3 business days to process normally. Order processing is different from order shipping.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping method chosen at checkout will reflect the estimated dates to ship orders when in the shipping carrier's possession; it is not a reflection of estimated shipping days from the moment of order checkout. 

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Shipment Confirmation emails are sent with your tracking number once your order has generated one. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

International Shipping,  Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Birr Necessities will try our best to display all fees associated with shipping, customs, duties, taxes, etc. at check out however, there is always a chance that there may be duties due at delivery. If you do not see your country as an option for shipping contact us and if we can help, we'll be happy to try.

Birr Necessities is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

 

Damages, Missing, or Stolen Shipments

Birr Necessities is not liable for any shipping delays or products damaged or lost once orders are in the possession of shipping carriers. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Birr Necessities is not liable if you didn't receive your order if the shipping carrier reported that it was delivered. Please file a claim directly with the shipment carrier. 

Birr Necessities will do our best to assist in providing any documents to assist.


Product Defects

Birr Necessities aims to provide its customers satisfaction via quality products. If you find a manufacturing defect in a product, please contact us with pictures and/or video and begin the return process with us such that we can provide you with a refund or replacement product.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses, Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Birr Necessities will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

 

Art Shipping Policy

Art purchased from Birr Necessities is fulfilled by local third-party print shops and purchases are made-to-order. Shipping and delivery can take 7-14 business days and cannot be rushed or guaranteed to be delivered by a certain date. Art will be shipped separately from other products purchased from Birr Necessities and can have separate tracking numbers. When selecting shipping options at checkout, the shipping options do not apply to Art, only other products.
